Mutton Soup

Mutton Soup is a simple,tasty and healthy liquid food.Mutton Soup clears off any throat infections because add lots of pepper to this soup.

Ingredients:

  • 10 Mutton bone
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 split Green chilli
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • ½ tspGarlic paste
  • 6 sticks Curry leaves
  • Needed Water
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Chopped coriander leaves

Method:

  1. In a pressure cooker, add mutton pieces, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, sesame oil, green chilli, ginger paste, garlic paste, curry leaves, water fully covered mutton pieces level.
  2. Cover with the lid and cook for 18 whistles and switch off the gas. Take 20 mins resting time.
  3. Garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.

1st

Take mutton bone pieces, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, sesame oil, green chilli, ginger paste, garlic paste, curry leaves.

 

2nd

In a pressure cooker, add mutton bone pieces, coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt.

 

3rd

Add gingergarlic paste.

 

4th

Add green chilli and curry leaves.

 

5th

Add sesame oil.

 

6th

Add water mix well.

 

7th

Cover with the lid and cook for 18 whistle.

 

8th

Transfer into the bowl and add pepper powder.

 

9th

Add coriander leaves and mix well.Mutton Soup is ready now.
