Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa is a stuffed dosa. In South India preparation of masala dosa varies from city to city.served with chutneys and sambar.

Method:

For masala-dosa:

  1. Take a laddle full of idli-dosa batter. And add it to the non stick dosa tawa. and keep spreading in a circular motion outwards. Sprinkle of some oil.
  2. When the dosa gets slightly browned turn over to the other side.
  3. Turn the top side, Top of the dosa, spread out the masala in half dosa.
  4. Immediately fold the dosa. sprinkle of some ghee.
  5. When the dosa gets a slightly brown turn over the other side sprinkle of ghee.
  6. Masala Dosa is ready now.serve hot.

Heat dosa tawa,take full laddle of idli-dosa batter.

 

2nd

Drop batter  into the dosa tawa.

 

3rd

Keep spreading in a circular motion outwards.

 

4th

Sprinkle of oil.Dosa gets slightly browned turn over to the other side.

 

5th

Cook for a min.

 

6th

Turn the top side, Top of the dosa.

 

7th

Spread out the masala in half dosa.

 

8th

Immediately fold the dosa.

 

9th

Sprinkle of ghee.When the dosa gets a slightly brown turn over the other side.

 

10th

Same producer sprinkle of ghee.when the dosa gets slightly brown.

 

11th

Masala dosa is ready now.
