Kari Omellete ,this is my own recipe.Kari is same as mutton keema recipe.Kari Omellete was meaty and tasty yummy..

Ingredients:

 

Method:

For Egg:

  1. In a bowl beaten egg add a salt.

For kari omellete:

  1. Mix well kari and omellete.
  2. In a small non stick pan and keep spreading in a circular motion outwards. when omellete gets slightly brown turn over the other side.

For 1 egg:

  1. In a bowl  beaten egg add a salt.
  2. Mix 3to4 full spoon of kari (mutton keema).
