Fish Fry


Fish fry, is a simple fish fry recipe.Fish Fry recipe is very easy to follow, a bachelor’s recipe and tasty fish.It can be also used to grill,shallow fry,tawa fry and deep fry.


  • 8 piece Fish
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • ½ tsp Garlic paste
  • Oil as needed
  • Water as needed
  • 4 tsp Fish Masala Powder

Fish Masala Powder:

  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam masala powder
  • ¼ tsp Jeera powder
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Fennel seeds powder


  1. Fish masala powder, Mix all the above ingredients well.you like to store means increase your measurements and then stored into an air tight container. I prefer to store the fish masala powder.
  2. In a small plate, add fish masala powder and then add ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp oil.
  3. And then mix well.
  4. Add water and then mix well and make a thick paste.
  5. Take wash and clean fish pieces and then apply a thick paste into the fish fry on bothsides.
  6. Place curry leaf in the center of the piece on both sides.
  7. Heat tawa, sprinkle of oil to spread it. Add fish pieces to fry on the both sides in medium heat.
  8. Each side cook for 2 mins.
  9. Fish fry is ready now.

Take fish masala mix powder.



Take ginger garlic paste and fish masala powder.



Add water and alittle bit of oil.



Mix well.



Apply into fish on both sides.



Place the curry leaves at the center.



Heat sprinkle of oil in a tawa.Add oil and then add fish to fry on both sides sprinkle of oil.Fish Fry is ready now.
