Egg Dosa

Egg Dosa, is easy to makes and filling delicious breakfast.It goes well with tomato thokku chutney.

Ingredients:

  • 1 laddle of dosa batter(1 dosa)Idli-Dosa Batter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp sprinkle of olive oil

Method:

  1. Take a laddle full of dosa batter. And add it to the dosa tawa. And keep spreading in a circular motion outwards.
  2. Top of the dosa, spread out the 1 egg. And sprinkle of salt & oil.
  3. When the dosa gets a slightly brown turn over the other side.
  4. Egg dosa is ready now.

Heat dosa tawa. Pour a laddle of dosa batter on the tawa.

Spread it in a circular motion (neither thin nor thick).

 

4th

Add egg.

 

5th

Add salt.

 

7th

Egg on the dosa and spread it all over the dosa with a spoon.

 

8th

Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa.

 

9th

When the corners start lifting up, flip it over to the other side and cook for a few seconds.

 

10th

Egg Dosa is ready now.
