Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop, is an appetizer made with chicken winglet.Chicken winglet, where in the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance.

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 Chicken lollypops
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • ¾ tsp Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • a little Ginger finely chopped(optional)
  • 1/2 pod Garlic finely chopped(optional)
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 ½ Red chilli paste (Kashmir red chilli) or to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add chicken lollipops, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, garam masala powder, all purpose flour, corn flour, soy sauce, ginger garlic finely chopped, red chilli paste mix well.
  2. Cover with the lid and soak for 2-3 hrs minimum.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil till golden color.
  4. Serve with schezwan sauce.
  5. Chicken Lollipops is ready now.

Take chicken lolliop,soy sauce,ginger garlic paste,kashmir red chilli paste,salt,pepper,garam masala powder,all purpose flour,corn flour,ginger garlic finely chopped.

 

2nd

In bowl, add chicken lollipop pieces and then add ginger garlic chopped.

 

3rd

And then add pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt, all purpose flour and corn flour.

 

4th

Add ginger garlic paste.

 

5th

Add kashmir red chilli paste.

 

6th

Add soy sauce.

 

7th

Mix well.

 

8th

Cover with the lid and rest it for 2-3 hrs minimum.

 

9th

Deep fry in hot oil till golden color.

 

10th

Chicken Lollipop is ready now.
