- Baby potatoes
- Green Capsicum
- Red Capsicum
- Big onion
- Green beans
- Chicken Breast
- Olive oil needed
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Optional Spices
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala powder
- Ginger Garlic paste
- In bowl, add olive oil, parsley leaves, cayenne pepper and salt.
- Wash and cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.Add into the bowl and mix well.Put potatoes in a baking dish.Bake potatoes 450 F for about 40 mins. Bake for 20 mins and flip over bake for another 20 mins.
- In bowl, add olive oil, parsley leaves, cayenne pepper and salt. Add beans in a mixer and mix well.Put in a baking tray. Bake 450 F for a 5 mins.
- In bowl, add olive oil, parsley leaves, cayenne pepper and salt.Add mushroom and mix well.
- In bowl, add olive oil, parsley leaves and salt.In bowl, add onion, capsicum and mix well.
- In a bowl, add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, oil, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.Mix well.
- Skew chicken, mushroom and onion,capsicum.Bake 450 F for 20- 25 mins.
