Baked Veggies and Chicken

Baked Veggies and Chicken, is the most amazing plating food for lunch or dinner and it is also a healthy and tasty food recipe.Step by step method on the end of this post.

Ingredients:

  • Baby potatoes
  • Mushroom
  • Green Capsicum
  • Red Capsicum
  • Big onion
  • Green beans
  • Chicken Breast
  • Olive oil needed
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Optional Spices

Chicken Spices:

  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • salt
  • Ginger Garlic paste

Method:

  1. In bowl, add olive oil, parsley leaves, cayenne pepper and salt.
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.Add into the bowl and mix well.Put potatoes in a baking dish.Bake potatoes 450 F for about 40 mins. Bake for 20 mins and flip over bake for another 20 mins.
  3. In bowl, add olive oil, parsley leaves, cayenne pepper and salt. Add beans in a mixer and mix well.Put in a baking tray. Bake 450 F for a 5 mins.
  4. In bowl, add olive oil, parsley leaves, cayenne pepper and salt.Add mushroom and mix well.
  5. In bowl, add olive oil, parsley leaves and salt.In bowl, add onion, capsicum and mix well.
  6. In a bowl, add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, oil, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.Mix well.
  7. Skew chicken, mushroom and onion,capsicum.Bake 450 F for 20- 25 mins.
  8. Baked Veggies and Chicken is ready now.

Skew chicken, mushroom and onion,capsicum.

 

11th

Bake 450 F for 20-25 mins. Baked Veggies and Chicken is ready now.
